As an Offline Java Trainer at Naresh IT, you will be responsible for providing training to experienced software professionals on a full stack of technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, SQL, React JS, Node JS, PHP Core & Advance, and more. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality classroom and online training sessions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry. You should possess a strong command over Java with at least 8 years of experience. Additionally, proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with the trainees. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. In addition to the competitive salary ranging from 5 to 10 LPA, performance bonuses may be awarded based on your training effectiveness. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The work location will be in person, and the ability to engage and motivate participants through hands-on training sessions is essential.
