Job Description

• Curriculum Design and Development:
  • Design and develop comprehensive Java training programs for beginners to advanced levels.
  • Create and update training materials such as presentations, lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
  • Develop and validate learning content and assessments.
• Training Delivery and Instruction:
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and workshops on various Java concepts and frameworks.
  • Provide hands-on coding assistance and troubleshooting support during training sessions.
  • Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure maximum comprehension.
• Student Assessment and Mentorship:
  • Assess and monitor learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
  • Evaluate and grade project reports and presentations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and address their challenges.
  • Mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions, fostering their technical growth.
• Staying Updated with Industry Trends:
  • Continuously stay informed about the latest Java developments, frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Incorporate new technologies and trends into the training curriculum and materials.
• Collaboration and Improvement:
  • Collaborate with other trainers and technical experts to enhance training quality and ensure consistency across programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed based on feedback and results.
  • Liaise and support teams with schedule planning, academic evaluation, and learning management. 

  Key skills and qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, including Core Java, Advanced Java, and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, etc.
  • Proficiency in using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
  • Familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to guide students through coding challenges.
