Job Description

As a Java Trainer at Anudip Foundation For Social Welfare, located in Tindivanam (Chennai), your primary responsibility will be to conduct live-in person/virtual classes to train learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Frameworks. You will play a crucial role in facilitating and supporting learners" progress and journey to deliver a personalized blended learning experience to achieve the desired skill outcome. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating and grading learners" Project Report, Project Presentation, and other documents. You will also mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop, validate, and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs whenever applicable. Your role will involve liaising and supporting respective teams with schedule planning, learner progress, academic evaluation, learning management, and other related tasks. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, and REST. Experience in Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above, as well as working knowledge of Webserver/Application Server usage, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with excellent communication and delivery skills. Having additional knowledge of Liferay and Omnicom will be considered an advantage. It is crucial to possess a strong expertise in the Java technology stack, including Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, and Webservices. Moreover, a good understanding of Databases (SQL) will be beneficial for this role.,
