Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with expertise in PL/SQL and a basic understanding of the Struts framework. The ideal candidate should have strong Java development skills, database management experience, and the ability to work on enterprise-level applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Struts framework. Optimize and manage PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand and implement requirements. Enhance application performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues effectively. Lead and mentor junior developers in best coding practices and development methodologies. Ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Java development. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL for complex database operations. Basic knowledge of Struts framework (Struts 1 or 2). Strong expertise in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, and Hibernate. Experience with Spring Boot or other modern frameworks is a plus. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery). Proficiency in REST/SOAP Web Services. Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
