As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expected to be an SME, you will collaborate and manage the team to perform efficiently. You will be responsible for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams while leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Acting as the primary point of contact for the project, you will manage the team and ensure successful project delivery by collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. In terms of professional and technical skills, the following are required: - Proficiency in Java Standard Edition - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications - Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns - Experience with version control systems such as Git Good to have skills include experience with the Spring Framework. It is recommended to have familiarity with Agile methodologies. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition. This position is based at the Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.,
