Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Struts, Hibernate, and Oracle Database. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java, Struts, and Hibernate frameworks. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures on Oracle Database. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements. Troubleshoot and debug application issues in development, test, and production environments. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and practices. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Maintain proper documentation of the development process. Required Skills: Strong programming skills in Core Java / J2EE. Hands-on experience with Struts (Struts 1.x or 2.x). Proficient in Hibernate for ORM and database interaction. Experience with Oracle Database including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Understanding of MVC architecture and enterprise application development. Familiarity with tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven/Ant, and Git/SVN. Basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
