As a Full Stack Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students aspiring to become Full Stack Developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive training in Java, Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and Back-End Development (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, etc.). Provide hands-on coding sessions and projects to enhance students" practical skills. Design and implement training material, including slides, assignments, quizzes, and projects. Conduct live demonstrations of coding techniques and best practices. Assess students performance through assignments, projects, and exams, and provide constructive feedback. Assist students with doubts and queries in-class and during lab hours. Collaborate with the curriculum team to update the content to match current industry trends and technologies. Provide career guidance and help students with job readiness skills such as interview preparation and resume building.
