You are hiring Java Full Stack Leads with expertise in React.js for a position based in Hyderabad, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience and should be available to join in July/August. The primary requirement is advanced Java knowledge along with React.js and team leading skills. As a Java Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java 17. Your role will involve building RESTful APIs, integrating front-end components with server-side logic, and developing event-driven services within a microservices architecture. You will work on optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability while utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases. Additionally, contributing to CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation will be part of your responsibilities. Key skills required for this role include strong hands-on experience with Java 17, proficiency in React.js, AngularJS, and Node.js, understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ, knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs, and familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and other build tools. It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins, experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments, familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and an understanding of security best practices and application monitoring.
