Job Description

We are looking for around 4+ yrs experience resource for Java Flowable BPMN Developer - (REMOTE)

Experience: Min 4-6 years
Working Hours: General Shift (9 hrs)
Location - Remote Permanent / Work from home/
Base location - Chandigarh

Summary:
The flowable developer is intended to contribute to strategic projects by implementing an integrated
workflow solution to meet business requirements. The person will be responsible for building
enterprise-scale workflow solutions aimed at improving quality, efficiency, and reliability, supporting
manual intervention for a regulatory mandate, or creating a validation layer on top of complex
Machine learning solutions. The intent is to build an integrated toolset bridging business process areas
to enable collaboration/ validations on various end-2-end user journeys for increased transparency,
efficiency & audit-ability of the process.
The candidate who is chosen for this role/project should expect to be technically & functionally
highly able to adjust to high demands requirements. The project expects the person to learn by going
through reading material and with minimal guidance, the candidate should display a high degree of
proactive behavior to be up to speed. The project works with the agile delivery model and is using
scrum methodology. Any JIRA items allocated to the candidate will be expected to be delivered front
to back including unit testing and signed-off UAT. The candidate will be expected to provide support
for production issues and challenges that may be encountered in their work and any other issue
related to the same.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related topics alternatively an
• equivalent education in one of these areas is essential
• Proven track of minimum up to 4+ years of development engineering project experience
• Expert knowledge of in BPMN, CMMN, DMN modeling
• Expert in Flowable customization, good in widgets, identity API
• SME on Flowable (or other Workflow solution) with enterprise-level implementation experience
• Good knowledge in UML design and design patterns
• Good knowledge in back-end development engineering (Java, JEE) and microservice
• architecture
• Expertise in Spring framework (SpringBoot, Security, MVC, Batch, Integration, Data)
• Expertise in Continuous Development/Continuous Integration
• You are motivated to work in an agile, iterative development methodology
• Familiarity with Cloud development/deployment
• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and Frameworks such as React JS
• Understanding regulatory environments and finance is an advantage
