Job Description Responsibilities : As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for understanding and learning Product domain and Software and hence build the product development team you are required to lead for product software features/bugs end-to-end development and deployment. In this role, you will utilize your experience to find technical gaps and build technical capability within the team. Responsible for writing production-level code and debugging issues Responsible for Product software development team deliverables from requirements to final code delivery with required SW Quality. Learn Product Domain and Software to provide technical mentorship to teams. Expected to be willing in programming, software development and managing teams of 3-7 developers. Given the requirement, expected to define functional specification, design specification, implementation & and verification plan. Require strong communication skills to interact and influence stakeholders as you will need to interact with the end users of the products and applications engineering teams. He / She should be an expert in software development Life cycle and exposure to Agile development methodologies. Expected to be good at problem-solving and debugging. Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments and support team members to deliver on expectations. Involvement in hiring and building a task force for the team. As a project technical lead on the planning and tracking of deliverables. Desired Candidate Profile Should be playing a Lead role with 3-5 years of experience in software development with exposures to Software Architecture, coding, bug fixing, maintenance, continuous integration releases Should be currently hands-on with coding Excellent verbal and written communication skills Should have worked on scalable products and have exposure to AWS Should be experienced in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript Experience with Unix/Linux environment Experience working with databases like MySQL Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins will be an added advantage (ref:hirist.tech),
