Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Java Developer Intern / Fresher to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Java programming and software development principles. You will work with a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and testing of Java-based applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers. Debug and resolve software issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews and learn best practices. Document code and technical specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts. Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate (preferred). Basic understanding of SQL and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Hands-on project experience (college/university or personal projects). Exposure to version control systems like Git. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
