Job Description

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing web server applications with a strong emphasis on object-oriented design and design patterns. You should have a solid understanding and practical experience in Core Java, J2EE, JavaFX, Spring, JSF, JDBC, and Servlets. Your role will involve building high-performance, cloud-based, and scalable web services utilizing modern web services architecture and API frameworks. You should excel in requirement gathering, secure and scalable code development, unit testing, code reviews, and documentation using open-source technology stacks. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot microservices, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, REST, Java Web Services, JMS, XML, JSON, and messaging techniques is essential. Additionally, experience with highly scalable microservices is preferred. Your strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail will be crucial for this role. Familiarity with debugging, configuring, and tuning application servers, JVM, OS, and databases is expected. Proficiency with SQL databases, experience with AWS, and knowledge of AWS cloud APIs like RDS, DynamoDB, S3 are necessary. You should have knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with event-driven architecture, Kafka, SNS/SQS is a plus. Proficiency in agile development, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations is required. Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, Git, Artifactory, and JIRA is beneficial. The ability to manage parallel tasks and document resolutions effectively is important. Moreover, preparation of financial statements and developing a project plan covering the project life-cycle through design and code will be part of your responsibilities.,
