Job Description
Work with Business Analyst/end users to understand business requirements Develop Prototype, Design documents. Develop code in Java spring framework and Angular to meet requirements. Involve in Testing cycle and track until the Production migration. Follow Quality procedures and develop documents as per SDLC methodology. Receiving support calls from MES Users and generation of tickets (manually or through system) Resolution of the calls Routing unresolved and higher level (L2 & L3) calls to central MES teams Keeping track of SLAs Maintaining ticket resolution track and Resolves change request also assigned time to time.
