The most popular savings product in India for thousands of years is a chit fund where a group of friends save together. However, these lower-middle-class consumers using chit funds have a one 100 billion dollar problem because people lose all their hard-earned savings when the group owner gets greedy and runs away with all their savings, leaving them back in a life of despair!

We are Money Club and have built a deep tech group savings platform where users save money with other verified peers in government registered funds, allowing 400m lower middle-class Indians to save safely and securely. We have already enabled over 1/2 million consumers to save, and we are growing 300% year over year in this $100bn market.

Job Description

Experience: 3 - 5 Years (Min 3 years hands on exp on Java)
Manadatory Skills: AWS, Lamda, Android, NGA
Salary: 15-18 LPA inclusive of 10% Variable
Notice Period: Immediate - 60 days
Interview Process: 3 Rounds of interviews. 1st Written test, 2nd Technical Interview, 3rd Final Interview
Location: Work from home

Responsibilities:

This Developer will be the go-to person for difficult development problems, Java/AWS design, code standards, code reviews, etc;
Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution;
Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications;
Acts as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts;
Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner; ? Be
flexible and thrive in an evolving environment;
Individual contributor to build the application for aws platform;
Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas;
Working in cloud data stores to include S3, DynamoDB and/or Amazon RDS;
Working in cloud Serverless framework to include lambda;
Perform test automation in a test-driven development environment;
Implement DevOps concepts, tools and continuous delivery pipelines – Bamboo,
Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, Jira, etc;
Implement instrumentation to gather business-specific metrics around consumer usage patterns;
Development of Microservices;
Enhancing the team’s understanding of API management platforms, design standards, patterns and best practices.

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent required.
Experience developing for Amazon Web Services;
5+ years of direct design and programming experience with
Java/Spring/REST/Microservices on Linux platforms;;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
3+ years of programming or solutions lead experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, and Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.);
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing/deploying solutions to AWS Cloud
(S3, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk and other AWS modules);
Experience developing in writing Database queries using SQL;
Experience on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Next Generation Applications
(NGA), and JAVA Development;
Experience on Amazon Web Services using API Gatewayt;
Experience on DevOps, and tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, Jira, etc;
Experience developing in a microservices architecture using Docker containers is advantage
