Position Title: Full Stack Java Corporate Trainer Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Corporate Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both front-end and back-end development using Java technologies and frameworks. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding trainees to enhance their skills and prepare them for real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions on Full Stack Java development, covering topics such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like Angular or React. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the training team to develop and enhance training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date with industry standards and best practices. Hands-On Projects: Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and projects that allow trainees to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios. Problem-Solving Assistance: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues to deepen their understanding of Full Stack concepts Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement Corporate Readiness: Prepare trainees for corporate environments by instilling best practices in coding, teamwork, and project management. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong command of Java and related technologies. Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and corporate needs. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles. Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
