As an IVF Specialist at RDC, Ghaziabad, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating infertility issues to help couples achieve pregnancy. Your main responsibilities will include providing patient care through counseling, feedback, and personalized treatment plans, as well as history taking. You will be expected to diagnose the cause of infertility, monitor patient progress during treatment, participate in research projects, and maintain accurate medical records. To excel in this role, you should have a qualification of MBBS, MD (Obs & Gyne), MS, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Gynecologist. You will need to have extensive training and education in the human reproductive system, fertility issues, and pregnancy techniques. Additionally, you may need to assist with fertility preservation, uterine issues, and hereditary illnesses that could impact future offspring. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 1.5 lac to 2 lac. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm on all days except Sundays, with Wednesdays off. Successful completion of three years in this role will earn you a free fellowship certificate.
