Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ITI Technician for Machine Maintenance and Production. The technician will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting breakdowns, and ensuring optimal machine performance for continuous production.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Maintenance:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic faults in production machinery.

• Ensure minimal downtime by addressing machine issues promptly.

• Maintain logs of maintenance activities and report issues to the supervisor.

• Replace defective parts, tools, and components using appropriate tools.

Production Support:

• Operate and monitor machines as per production requirements.

• Assist in setup and calibration of machinery before production.

• Ensure product quality by inspecting output as per specifications.

• Report production delays or defects to supervisors or quality teams.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

General Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members.

• Maintain spare parts inventory and request replenishments as required.

• Comply with ISO/TS standards and internal quality systems.
