Job Description

As an integral team member, you will assist in the setup and operation of sheet metal machinery, which includes presses, shears, and CNC machines. Your primary responsibility will be to follow safety protocols and guidelines diligently to uphold a safe working environment for all. It will also be essential for you to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately to ensure precise production outcomes. Participation in quality control processes will be crucial to guarantee that the finished products consistently meet industry standards. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area. You will be expected to learn and proficiently apply various techniques for metal finishing, such as grinding, polishing, and coating. Supporting the production team in achieving daily production targets and meeting deadlines will be part of your routine tasks. Prompt reporting of any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor is imperative to ensure a smooth workflow. Continuous improvement of skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and other educational opportunities will be encouraged. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
