ITES/BPO Recruiter Bulk Hiring Specialist - Chennai Job Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk ITES/BPO hiring across multiple job roles. Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various sourcing channels. Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct assessments/tests as required for candidate evaluation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases and candidate records. Requirements Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring goals. Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders. Follow up with selected candidates, issue offers, and assist in the onboarding process. Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and ensure process efficiency. What we Expect from you Ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in UK English.,
