1 Role ITAM Lead 2 Required Technical Skill Set (Skill Name) IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), ITIL, Process Improvement, Compliance & Audits Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), including SAM and HAM. Experience in software license compliance, audits, and Customer handling. Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management best practices. Hands-on experience with ITAM tools such as Certero, ServiceNow, Flexera. Ability to analyze IT asset data to optimize costs and improve utilization. Good-to-Have Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners Manage software assets as they relate to the ITAM lifecycle for assigned portfolio of products/services and geographies, working towards consistent global coverage and responsibility. Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and track usage against purchased licenses to prevent over- or under-usage. Continuously evaluate and improve SAM processes, implementing tools and technologies to automate workflows and enhance efficiency. SN Role Descriptions / Expectations From The Role 1 Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance and optimal usage. 2 Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software assets. 3 Ensure license compliance and managing renewal. 4 Develop and enforce IT asset policies, standards, and procedures. 5 Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for cost-effective IT asset investments.,
