Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to keep precise records.
- Work collaboratively within a team to enhance customer service quality and share knowledge.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve service skills.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in an international or tech-related context.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for experiencing a new culture.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
