Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in the banking industry.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and financial products.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure their queries are addressed promptly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's banking services to offer accurate information.
- Document customer interactions clearly in the company’s CRM system to maintain accurate records.

Requirements
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or finance sector is a plus.
