Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding cruise inquiries and bookings.
  • Drive sales by presenting cruise offers and packages effectively, meeting targets set by the company.
  • Address customer questions and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a satisfying travel experience.
  • Stay updated on cruise products, itineraries, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and enhance future service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to implement best practices and improve client satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and improve sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a requirement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment and achieve set targets.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, especially in the tourism or hospitality sector, is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
