Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with a focus on client satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
  • Document all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve overall sales targets.
  • Engage in continuous learning to improve product knowledge and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Have at least 1 year of sales experience;
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analysis tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture.
  • At least 1 year of Sales experience
