Position: Information Technology Technical Writer Create, update, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for cloud solutions and products Collaborate with cloud architects, developers, and engineers to gather and understand technical details Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documents Key Responsibilities: Write and review technical documents such as user guides, installation manuals, API references, FAQs, and tutorials Organize and maintain documentation using appropriate tools and platforms Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and style Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders Stay updated on trends and developments in cloud technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align documentation with product features Monitor documentation effectiveness and recommend improvements Qualifications: Bachelors degree in technical communication, information technology, computer science, or related field Minimum 3 years of technical writing experience, preferably in cloud-based environments Proficiency in Azure and/or AWS platforms and services Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and quality Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS or Microsoft Certified Technical Writer) are a plus Other Requirements and Benefits: Ability to work in a standard office setting Occasional travel may be required Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package ,
