The IT & Technical Support professional will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.
