Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities 1. Technical Support: Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues remotely. Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly and efficiently. Guide users through remote installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices. 2. System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance remotely. Monitor system performance and address potential vulnerabilities. 3. Network Management: Assist in managing and maintaining the organizations network infrastructure remotely. Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure network security compliance. 4. User Training & Support: Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on system use and best practices via remote tools. Create and update user documentation, FAQs, and support guides. 5. Asset Management: Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and warranties. Coordinate the shipment and setup of hardware and software for remote employees as required. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improvements. Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed. 7.
