Location: Pune Department: IT/Technology Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and supporting the organization's IT systems, infrastructure, and network resources to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities: System Management: Oversee and manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, storage solutions, and network infrastructure. Infrastructure Management: Ensure the uptime, performance, and availability of network devices, cloud-based systems, and hardware infrastructure. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor IT systems for performance and security issues, respond promptly to incidents, and troubleshoot problems. IT Support: Provide technical support for end users and manage escalated IT issues for resolution. Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies. Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to manage software licenses, hardware acquisitions, and other IT infrastructure needs. System Upgrades & Improvements: Lead and assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and improvements based on business needs and industry best practices. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities for improvement in the organizations IT systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure management or a related role. Proficiency in server administration (Windows/Linux), networking, and cloud technologies. Experience with virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and network devices (routers, firewalls, switches). Familiarity with ITIL framework or similar IT service management processes. Strong knowledge of system security practices, backup, and disaster recovery procedures. Experience with troubleshooting, performance monitoring tools, and system updates/patching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills: Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or similar. Familiarity with IT project management or coordination. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization.,
