The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for helping others resolve technical issues. Responsibilities : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals. Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues. Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software. Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference. Ensure the security and integrity of company data by following best practices and security protocols. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans. Provide training and guidance to users on how to use various software applications and systems effectively.
