Job role: We are looking for a skilled IT & Support Help desk executive who can work with our IT team and provide support to our employees & field-executives, both on-premises and off it. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and documenting said issues. Provide support to our field executives and train them for usage of our mobile app for data collection & other internal software. Job Location: Indore | Full Time Experience: Fresher & 1+ yr Salary Range - 1 LPA - 2.5 LPA About the company: Anaxee Digital Runners is building India's largest last-mile verification & data collection network of Digital Runners (shared feet-on-street, tech-enabled) to help Businesses & Consumers reach the remotest parts of India , on-demand. KYC | Field Verification | Data Collection | eSign | Tier-2, 3 & 4 Responsibilities: Run the IT help desk, including staff supervision, asset supply and deployment, and vendor management Receive and respond to IT queries in a timely manner. Manage Asset Inventory. Assist employees as when required with technical issues; document incidents for future reference. Collaborate with internal partners to implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency Support & Train Field Executive (remotely) on the usage of our mobile app and software Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends. Requirements: Freshers & 1+ years of experience in the industry A bachelor's degree with a science/maths background (B.Sc/BCA/B.E.) is preferred. Demonstrable skills troubleshooting a wide range of technical problems Enthusiasm to learn new software & ability to communicate well on phone/email/chat Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.,
