Job Description
Location- Gurgaon (WFO)
Budget- upto 5 LPA
Experience- 6 months- 2 years
Relevant experience- 6 months is needed
Notice period- Immediate-30 days (max)
Skills required- Windows and Linux operating systems, Troubleshooting, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, hardware and networkig, communication skills.
Interview process- 2-3 technical rounds
Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining computer systems, printer and office networks. Networking devices handling and support.
2. Performing hardware and software installations, configurations and updates. Antivirus management.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware, Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
4. Timely response to service issues and requests, Creating troubleshooting logs, Asset management
5. Internal Application support to various teams. Ready to support in USA time zone when required.
Requirements:
1. Familiar with Windows Operating systems and Linux Operating systems. Troubleshooting skills in both.
2. Knowledge of networking protocols, Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN technologies.
3. Certificate in Hardware and Networking, Certificate in Linux Systems, very strong desire to expand knowledge.
4. Good communication skills both writing and speaking. Time management skills. Ready to travel when require
