Position Overview: We are seeking a young and enthusiastic IT professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT systems, network management, and troubleshooting. This role requires an individual with a proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage and maintain various IT systems effectively under the guidance of a supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Network Setup & Management: Assist in managing, configuring, and setting up network systems as per the supervisor's guidance. Firewall Configurations: Understand and configure firewall settings to ensure network security and integrity. Client Access Management: Set up, bifurcate, and provide access to clients for different systems and services. Create and manage usernames for biometric systems. Attendance & Client Support: Maintain attendance sheets for clients and manage their access to facilities, ensuring accurate data and efficient service. Wi-Fi & VPN Provisioning: Provide Wi-Fi access, assist in creating VLANs, and ensure the proper setup and functioning of VPN services. Internet & Connectivity Management: Oversee and maintain internet connections, lease lines, and broadband for clients. Ensure sufficient bandwidth is allocated to meet client needs. Switch Management & Documentation: Manage and maintain network switches, ensuring optimal performance. Keep comprehensive documentation of all network setups and changes. Peripherals & Printer Management: Manage computer peripherals, install and maintain printers, and track usage to ensure smooth operations. Conference Room Setup: Set up and configure TVs, connections, and audio-visual equipment for conference rooms. Email & Communication Support: Set up and configure Outlook and other mail services. Assist in basic mailing etiquette and provide support for communication tools. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform regular troubleshooting of IT systems and provide quick solutions to any technical issues. Ensure all systems are running efficiently. General IT Support: Provide general IT assistance to clients and staff, ensuring smooth and secure operations across all platforms. Skills Required: Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Punctual, reliable, and committed to regular attendance.
