Description Were looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. In this strategic role, youll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architecture while guiding cross-functional teams through successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design: Create robust, scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with business objectives and technical standards. Platform Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements that improve system performance, data integrity, and usability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, and IT teams to understand needs and ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture. Governance & Best Practices: Establish architectural standards, code quality controls, and integration patterns to ensure consistency and reliability. Team Enablement & Leadership: Mentor developers and admins, offering guidance on architecture, design patterns, and emerging Salesforce technologies. Qualification and Skills You have a university degree in computer science or economics with a technical background and professional experience, e.g. as an IT consultant, developer or IT architect (10yrs +) You have a very good command of English You have a good understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) You are ideally familiar with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies You have strong communication skills, goal orientation and the ability to work in a team You have experience in agile working methods in an international team You are open to new challenges and ready to expand your knowledge #bethechange We look forward to receiving your application.
