Job Description
Technical Skill : PowerShell, Microsoft Server, Linux, Web Server (IIS), Application
Troubleshooting, IT Hardware/Software , Networking.
Soft Skill : Leadership Quality, Self-driven and innovative.
Experience: 5+ years
1. Working knowledge of employer’s operations.

5. Assets & Vendor Management.
6. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
7. Must be able to do compliance audit and generate reports.
8. Must be able to train L1/L2 support engineers.
9. Knowledge of network operations & security (VPN, Networking, Routing, App Security,Wireless Access points etc.).
10. Must have knowledge of Bash & Power Shell scripting. Python programming knowledgewill be add-on.
11. Installation & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues orother network and system problems. (Windows and Linux)
12. Expertise in M365, IIS Server, SQL Server, Domain Controller, Group Policy etc.
13. IT System Reporting tool & Monitoring.
