Job Description
You are a skilled IT Sector Architect with a deep understanding of both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Your solid background in IT architecture and comprehensive understanding of OT systems enable you to bridge the gap between these two critical domains. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement robust IT architectures that align with company standards and best practices. Your responsibilities include ensuring that architectural documentation from third-party partners complies with internal standards and requirements. Your key responsibilities involve developing and maintaining the overall IT architecture roadmap to ensure seamless integration between IT and OT systems. You will design scalable, secure, and reliable IT/OT architectures that align with business goals and industry standards. Leading the architecture design for complex IT/OT systems and solutions, including network infrastructure, data management, and cybersecurity, is crucial. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement are essential aspects of your role. You will work closely with IT, OT, and business teams to understand requirements, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Serving as the technical liaison between IT and OT teams, you will facilitate communication and collaboration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and third-party partners is also required to align IT/OT strategies with overall business objectives. You will review and verify architectural documentation provided by third-party partners to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Developing and enforcing architecture governance processes to maintain consistent adherence to company standards across all IT/OT projects is part of your responsibilities. Providing guidance on best practices for IT/OT integration, focusing on security, scalability, and performance, is crucial. Innovation and continuous improvement are key aspects of your role. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT and OT domains will help identify opportunities to enhance the company's architecture. Leading initiatives to integrate new technologies into the IT/OT architecture to drive innovation and continuous improvement is essential. You will assess and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies that support efficient and effective IT/OT architecture management. Regarding documentation and reporting, you will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT/OT architectures, including diagrams, standards, and procedures. You will prepare and present architecture reports to management, highlighting key developments, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications: Education & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT architecture, with specific experience in IT/OT environments. - Proven experience in designing and implementing IT/OT integrated systems and architectures. Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of IT and OT systems, including networks, cybersecurity, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial control systems (ICS). - Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling languages (e.g., UML, ArchiMate). - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for IT/OT integration (e.g., ISA-95, NIST, ISO 27001). Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.,
