Location: Mohali, Punjab Department: Sales / IT Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented IT Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will assist with client communication, coordinate sales processes, manage sales documentation, and ensure smooth operations between the sales and technical departments. This role acts as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and following up on leads. Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities between sales, technical, and support teams. Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, contracts, invoices, and order forms. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Maintain CRM systems, ensuring client data is accurate and up to date. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. Help plan and execute sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support in resolving issues. Support logistics and delivery processes for IT products and services. Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer agreements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., hardware, software, cloud solutions). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
