Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across North India, with a particular focus on the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate should have 35 years of industry experience in software/IT product sales, with at least 2 years of proven experience in the Delhi-NCR market. Prior experience in selling CRM solutions is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across North India, with a focus on the DNCR market. Promote and sell in-house software products including CRM, SFA, CTMS, and customised enterprise solutions. Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and client referrals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are met. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA preferred. 35 years of experience in B2B software product sales, with minimum of 2 years in DNCR. Experience in CRM sales is a strong advantage. Strong network across North Indias startup and enterprise ecosystems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments is mandatory.
