Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 35 years of proven expertise in hiring for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both IT roles and the specific requirements of the BFSI sector, with the ability to identify and attract top tech talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for BFSI clients/projects

• Source candidates for roles such as Java Developers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, and other BFSI-focused IT profiles

• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and domain-specific skills

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future IT hiring needs

• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure smooth candidate onboarding

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or a related field

• 35 years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 12 years in BFSI domain hiring

• Familiarity with BFSI industry technologies and terminologies

• Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
