Job Description:

Global IT Search is seeking an experienced and passionate IT Recruiter Team Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, managing client relationships, and delivering top IT talent across a range of technologies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven leadership ability, and strong experience in client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing effective staffing solutions.

• Manage client communications, updates, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Allocate and monitor tasks within the team to ensure productivity and quality.

• Drive recruitment strategy and best practices to improve efficiency and success rates.

• Track team performance and provide regular reports to management.

• Conduct training and performance reviews to develop team skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead/client handling role.

• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and hiring trends.

• Proven experience in managing clients independently and delivering high-quality talent.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

• Proficient in using job portals, social media, and other sourcing tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
