Job Description

WTT Agra Branch -
Profile : IT Recruiter

Post Graduated- MBA/ MBA in HR
Location :- Agra

Working days :- 5 days ( sat & sun fixed off )

Responsibilities-
1. Handle end-to-end Recruitment including all the procedures and planning.
2. Create and publish job ads in various portals.
3. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during
events
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to set up the discussions with the candidate.
5. Screen resumes and job applications
6. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
7. Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
8. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
9. Maintain Sheets and required data.
10. Host and participate in job fairs
11. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
12. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
