The IT Quality Intmd Analyst role is a developing professional position where you will have the autonomy to solve complex problems independently. By combining your specialized knowledge with industry standards, you will play a crucial role in integrating your team and area with others to achieve common objectives. Your analytical thinking, data analysis expertise, and attention to detail will be key in making informed judgments and recommendations based on factual information. You will be dealing with variable issues that can have a broader impact on the business, requiring you to interpret data with professional judgment and communicate information effectively. Your responsibilities will include supporting initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production, conducting process monitoring and product evaluation tasks, ensuring project standards and procedures are followed, monitoring products and processes for conformance to standards, documenting findings, and performing root cause analyses. Additionally, you will gather quality metrics, exhibit a good understanding of procedures within your technical area, and provide informal guidance to new team members. Your role will directly impact the business by ensuring high-quality work and contributing to the success of your team and closely related work teams. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-5 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service industry, experience in requirement reviews, understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies, knowledge of Quality Processes, logical analysis skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, ability to work to deadlines, clear verbal and written communication skills, and experience in defining, designing, and executing test cases. A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required. As an IT Quality Intmd Analyst, you will play a significant role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of service provided, which will directly impact your team and other closely related teams. Your ability to assess risk, comply with regulations, and drive ethical behavior will be crucial in safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
