The IT PSAM executive plays a crucial role in defining and implementing sourcing strategies for the subcategory portfolio. Your main focus will be delivering cost reductions for various spend areas such as software, hardware, professional services, managed services, networking, and telecommunications. You will oversee the project management process of the RFx process, including developing requirements, facilitating team meetings and vendor sessions, negotiating terms and pricing with vendors, and executing Supplier Agreements following organizational guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include optimizing internal sourcing processes to reduce delivery time and costs, maintaining procurement data in Tracker and Vendor management, and delivering value and competitive advantage to the IT business. You will be registering newly procured assets in ZOHO and ensuring timely follow-ups for delivery with vendors, exploring cost-effective business and data management options. You will be expected to demonstrate strategic thinking and a high level of experience in project management, change, and category management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, negotiation skills, and supplier management are essential. Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills are key, along with the ability to conduct market intelligence activities and understand contract law and regulations related to IT products and services. The ideal candidate should possess 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and MIS reporting. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, statistics, project management, business, or a related field will be required for this role.,
