We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee and successfully execute software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess robust project management capabilities, adept at managing diverse stakeholders, and possess a profound comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities - Direct and supervise end-to-end IT/software development projects - Formulate detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA specialists, designers, and product managers - Ensure timely, within scope, and within budget project delivery - Manage stakeholder expectations and uphold transparent communication throughout project phases - Conduct routine status meetings, monitor project advancement, and address risks/challenges - Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, Agile or Scrum methodologies - Compile and deliver project updates and reports to leadership and clients Requirements - Demonstrated track record in IT project management - Proficiency in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Exceptional stakeholder and client management proficiencies - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities - PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are advantageous,
