Job Description

Primary Skills:
Hands-on project delivery experience with: 

• Document Management Systems (DMS)
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Experience in implementing or managing regulated IT systems
• Strong understanding of system validation and compliance processes (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of application projects, especially DMS, LMS, or LIMS
• Develop project plans and drive execution with internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters
• Manage project risks and issues using RAID logs and mitigation strategies
• Facilitate client, stakeholder, and vendor meetings
• Maintain governance and reporting cadence (weekly/daily meetings, steering committee)

Educational Qualification:
Engineering Degree (Graduate/Masters) Must Have
MBA Nice to Have

Certifications:
PMP / PRINCE II / Scrum Master At least one Project Management certification is a must, but candidates with relevant domain experience in DMS/LMS/LIMS will also be considered even without PMP

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of IT project management experience
• Successfully delivered at least 2 medium or large-scale application implementation projects
