Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to assist in the successful planning, execution, and completion of technology projects. You will collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are on track, well-documented, and completed within the defined scope. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities and resources, defining project requirements and objectives, monitoring progress, addressing issues promptly, and serving as the main point of contact for project-related communications. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing project documentation and coordinating testing activities in accordance with project timelines. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT or Technical Support. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MS Office is required, as well as knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, software troubleshooting, cloud platforms, and IT management tools.
