Job Description
You will serve as the primary administrator for Jira and Confluence, optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless collaboration across all workstreams. Your responsibilities will include managing the program portfolio, tracking interdependent projects, allocating resources effectively, and mitigating delivery risks. It will be crucial for you to communicate with stakeholders effectively, developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Power BI and Jira to provide transparency to senior leadership and steering committees. As the IT PMO Lead, you will proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing contingency plans to navigate unforeseen challenges. Your focus on governance, collaboration, and execution excellence will drive the successful implementation of the ERP and CRM transformation program.,
