As the IT Operations Manager for Web and App Development, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational infrastructure that supports web and mobile application development within the company. Your main responsibilities include ensuring the smooth functioning of development environments, managing cloud services, optimizing development workflows, and maintaining robust deployment processes. You will work closely with developers, system administrators, and project managers to ensure that all IT systems and services support the efficient and reliable delivery of web and app products. You will be tasked with managing various aspects of IT operations related to web and app development. This includes overseeing the development tools, environments, and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. You will also lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, collaborate with software development teams, and facilitate communication between IT and development teams. Additionally, you will manage cloud-based infrastructure, optimize resource utilization, and ensure scalability, performance, and security of web and app hosting environments. Furthermore, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect the development environment and customer data. You will also ensure compliance with relevant security and data protection standards, conduct regular audits for vulnerabilities, and implement timely patch management. Monitoring the performance of web and mobile applications, implementing optimization strategies, ensuring high availability, and minimizing downtime are critical aspects of your role. In addition, you will develop and implement disaster recovery plans, test backup and recovery procedures, manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts and service level agreements, and manage the IT operations budget for web and app development infrastructure. Your ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or performance will be essential in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of experience in IT operations with a focus on web and app development. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, security measures, performance monitoring, disaster recovery, vendor management, and budget control will be advantageous. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in Bhopal.
