Job Description

Exp : 8yrs to 16yrs Duties and Accountabilities: Define, contribute and implement Enterprise Data Quality Strategy Lead proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects to assess product suitability and make recommendations for product selection and implementation. Understand business needs, identifying pain points, and translating them into prioritized requirements for the SaaS implementation Develop product roadmaps, blueprints; evaluate and adopt platform enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance. Lead the implementation and support of data quality solution, in collaboration with various teams and ensure alignment with organizational data policies. Integrate data quality platform with rest of the Enterprise Data products, platforms, and application teams Work closely with teams, vendors and monitor progress, addressing any issues as they arise. Identify potential risks throughout the process and developing mitigation strategies to address them. Manage the transition process to the new system, addressing user resistance and providing support during the changeover. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data owners, data stewards, and compliance teams. Support Design and implement data quality management frameworks to measure data quality and correct data quality issues. Standardize data formats and values to ensure consistency across systems. Develop and implement data quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on data quality. Conduct regular data quality assessments to identify data quality issues and root causes. Ensure that data validation processes, data quality control standards, testing strategy, and test plans are applied to data applications. Perform day-to-day operations in support of Data Quality, Data Governance and Privacy solutions, including but not limited to: oIncident, Problem Management, and Root-Cause Analysis oAccess Management oAvailability Management oPerformance Management oMonitoring / Reporting oUtilization and Cost assignment oAudit Support Selection Criteria Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related technical field with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience. The candidate should have the following core skill sets: Strong communication, interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Should have implemented enterprise level SaaS/PaaS solutions/frameworks, preferably in the Data Quality, Governance domain Strong understanding of data governance and data quality concepts, technology management principles, cloud-based platforms and best practices in data and analytics. Product management expertise including developing roadmaps, building vision boards, planning, scheduling, and operating in agile delivery model. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address challenges during implementation. Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing requirements and unexpected situations. Ability to build relationships and trust with clients to foster a successful partnership. Proven track record of delivering complex IT programs involving stakeholders from across business and technology teams. Extensive experience and/or certification in Agile/SAFe/Scrum and global delivery model Experience in evaluating multiple technologies, ability to develop decision frameworks. Good understanding of knowledge of data quality standards, practices, and methodologies. Understanding of procurement and budget management processes is preferred. Relevant certifications in related fields is a nice to have. Selected external candidate will be offered a two-year term appointment.,
