Job Description

We are seeking a highly competent individual to join our IT Management team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and procuring assets, as well as implementing new technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. - Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems. - Troubleshooting network problems and outages, as well as scheduling upgrades. - Guiding employees on security matters, data breaches, and effective management of security protocols. - Providing technical support to employees as needed. - Logging bugs and enhancement requests. - Ensuring that hardware devices such as printers, scanners, plotters, headphones, and hard drives are fully functional and accessible at all times. - Performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as required. - Presenting reports on system inventory when necessary. To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a similar field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an IT Assets manager. In addition, we require the following prerequisites: - In-depth knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, etc. - Excellent customer service skills. - Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Kannada. - Flexibility with working hours.
