Position: IT Lab Assistant [Male]

Salary: 3.5 - 4.2 LPA

School experience is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

HANDLING OF IT Lab, HARDWARE & SOFTWARE OF SCHOOL COMPUTER SYSTEMS.

• Managed and maintained the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networ equipment, and user devices.
• Provided technical support to staff, students, and faculty, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
• Implemented and managed a secure network environment, ensuring data integrity and protection against cyber threats. Conducted regular system updates, patches, and backups to prevent data loss and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborated with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhanced administrative processes, resulting in increased efficiency.
• Oversaw the deployment and management of computer labs, ensuring a reliable and up-to-date learning environment for students.
• Administered user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain data confidentiality and compliance.
• Assisted in the selection and procurement of IT equipment and software, optimizing budget utilization while meeting the school's needs.
• Conducted training sessions for staff on IT best practices, cybersecurity awareness, and efficient use of software applications.
• Implemented a robust disaster recovery plan, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss in the event of system failures.
